with Chronic Illness
Course overview
Chronic illness can impact how you see yourself, your relationships, and your ability to connect with others, but it doesn’t take away who you are. In this course, you’ll learn how fibromyalgia affects identity, dating, and intimacy, and how to navigate these areas with confidence and self-compassion. You’ll build the skills to set boundaries, communicate your needs, and create relationships that support your health, energy, and emotional wellbeing.
Melyssa Hoitink
Melyssa is a Naturopathic Doctor, bestselling author, and passionate advocate for people living with fibromyalgia. She helps those struggling with pain, exhaustion, and brain fog regain control of their health so they can feel confident, energized, and capable of living the life they deserve.
Her passion for this work comes from my own health journey. After years of unexplained pain, fatigue, and frustration with limited answers, she discovered a different approach, one that focused on addressing root causes and supporting the body as a whole. That experience transformed her health and ultimately led her to dedicate her career to helping others do the same.
She combines her clinical training and personal experience to guide and educate people with fibromyalgia toward real, sustainable improvement, so they can move beyond just coping and start truly thriving.
